Daily Bangla Times: Four people were killed and at least 20 injured when a bus overturned on the Dhaka-Sylhet highway in Bahubal upazila of Habiganj district on Thursday (Feb 16).

Details of the deceased and injured could not be identified immediately.

According to Habiganj Bus Owners Association general secretary Shangka Suvro, a Habiganj bound bus from Sylhet city overturned near Baganbari area of Bahubal upazila around 6.30 pm after its driver lost control over his steering.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Shaestaganj Highway Police Station Mainul Islam Bhuiyan confirmed the matter to Banglanews.

However, details of the deceased are yet to be known, he said, adding the injured were taken to a local hospital for treatment.
